The strength of our breakfasts are the homemade cakes with genuine recipes of our tradition. Grandmothers' recipes have been handed down for generations!

Sweet bread

  • 500 gr of flour
  • 260 gr of milk
  • 100 gr of sugar
  • 60 gr of seed oil
  • 1/2 brewer's yeast
  • 10 gr of salt
  • 1 egg

Apple pie

  • 200 gr of flour
  • 150 gr of sugar
  • 100 gr of white yogurt
  • 90 gr of seed oil
  • zest of half a lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • apples in thin wedges sprinkled with lemon

Zucchini cake

  • 200 gr of chopped zucchini
  • 225 gr of flour
  • 200 gr of sugar
  • 50 gr of ground hazelnuts
  • 1 glass of seed oil
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder

Carrot cake

  • 200 gr of flour
  • 185 gr of sugar
  • 250 gr of grated carrots
  • 125 gr of melted butter
  • 80 gr of ground almonds
  • 50 gr of frumina
  • zest of half a lemon
  • 3 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 sachet of baking powder

Marmalade tart

  • 300 gr of flour
  • 150 gr of butter
  • 150 gr of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 yolk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • apricot jam
