The strength of our breakfasts are the homemade cakes with genuine recipes of our tradition. Grandmothers' recipes have been handed down for generations!
Sweet bread
- 500 gr of flour
 - 260 gr of milk
 - 100 gr of sugar
 - 60 gr of seed oil
 - 1/2 brewer's yeast
 - 10 gr of salt
 - 1 egg
 
Apple pie
- 200 gr of flour
 - 150 gr of sugar
 - 100 gr of white yogurt
 - 90 gr of seed oil
 - zest of half a lemon
 - 2 eggs
 - a pinch of salt
 - 1 sachet of baking powder
 - apples in thin wedges sprinkled with lemon
 
Zucchini cake
- 200 gr of chopped zucchini
 - 225 gr of flour
 - 200 gr of sugar
 - 50 gr of ground hazelnuts
 - 1 glass of seed oil
 - 2 eggs
 - a pinch of salt
 - 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
 - 1 sachet of baking powder
 
Carrot cake
- 200 gr of flour
 - 185 gr of sugar
 - 250 gr of grated carrots
 - 125 gr of melted butter
