Agritur Renetta is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted on the farm premises. It is possible to smoke on the balcony of the room, if available, and it is mandatory to keep the window closed to prevent smoke from entering the room. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine. If you smoke inside the room, an additional night will be charged to allow for thorough sanitization.
Check in
Check-in time is from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Each guest must show a valid ID. Arrivals at different times must be agreed in advance with the reception and will be accommodated based on the reception's availability. However, check-in is not permitted between 12.00 and 13.00. For late check-in a supplement may apply.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9.30 in the dedicated room on the ground floor. If there is a need to bring forward the breakfast time, please inform the reception.
The breakfast products are prepared at home and therefore there is a need to know in advance any intolerances and allergies, so as to allow everyone to enjoy breakfast.
Breakfast products must be consumed in the breakfast room and cannot be taken away.
Breakfast for those staying in the apartment is optional and upon reservation (by the previous evening).
Pool
The swimming pool is reserved for hotel guests.
Opening hours are from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm (early closings reported for any needs of the reception). Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to access the swimming pool at different times.
It is possible to reserve the pool area for exclusive use (paid service) during its closing times.
The use of a personal headset is mandatory (if you do not have one, please contact reception). Please do not use room towels in the pool area. If you do not have your own towels or bathrobes, please rent towels at reception.
Children are only allowed in the pool if accompanied by an adult. Diving and screaming is prohibited!
Common rooms
Guests are asked not to eat in the room.
On the ground floor there is a large common room with tables, where you can eat in complete tranquility. Here you will also find a fridge for common use, a microwave and a water kettle. In the summer season it is also nice to enjoy the gazebo near the car park, available to guests for a quick meal.
Parking
The parking spaces near the structure are dedicated to arriving or departing guests (for loading and unloading luggage).
We have a large car park a few meters from the property. This car park is not guarded and therefore it is recommended not to leave valuables in the car.
The charging stations for electric cars are located approximately 50/100 meters from the structure.
Daily tidying up of the rooms
Room tidying up is carried out daily, from 9.00 to 12.00 (beyond these times the service is not guaranteed).
Linen and sponges are changed as needed. If you want a replacement, simply place them in the shower or sink in the morning before leaving the room.
The rearrangement of the apartments is carried out only on request and with the application of a possible supplement. If there is a need to replace towels or linen, you must contact reception.
Internet
Throughout the entire hotel you can enjoy Wi.Fi. free (D-link).
Pets
Pets are welcome in some of the farmhouse rooms, upon request and possible supplement. Animals are not allowed in the common areas of the structure, such as the breakfast room, the swimming pool area, etc.
Animals must not be left unattended in hotel areas/rooms. All pets must be under the full control of a responsible guest and must be kept on a leash at all times. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the animal.
At the farm car park you will find a bin dedicated to your animals' excrement with the appropriate bags. Please collect and dispose of such waste correctly.
Let's avoid waste!
Make sure you turn off the lights and close the windows before going out.
The windows are equipped with a device that disables the heating when they are open: so be careful not to leave a window open when you go out, to avoid unpleasant surprises when you return to the room (cold room!!!).
The tap water is excellent to drink, it comes from the springs of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. To avoid unnecessary waste, there is a pressure reducer on each tap. The production of hot water takes place via solar panels, with integration of the wood chip boiler.
We take the liberty of suggesting that the guest have consideration and respect in the use and consumption of water: it is a precious commodity of inestimable value!!!
Waste
In the parking area you will find bins that you can use to separate your waste: paper and cardboard, plastic, glass and aluminium, undifferentiated.
If it is difficult for you to divide the waste correctly, please leave it in the room so that it can be disposed of appropriately. They will be disposed of during the daily tidying up of the accommodation.
If you go on a trip to the mountains, bring your waste down to the valley and place it in our containers where you can separate it, thus helping to keep the environment cleaner.

Check-out time ends at 10:00 on the day of departure. If you wish to stay in your room beyond 10:00, please contact the reception. An additional fee may apply for late check-out.
